HDB turns 50 on 1 Feb 2010. The "24 Seven HeartlanD Beats" Photography Competition aimed to engage participation from residents in celebrating the achievements of our public housing programme and create an opportunity for residents to share through their lenses their experience of living in the HDB heartlands.
